A highly reputable mid-sized law firm in Hackensack, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager to join our legal support team and meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience and be responsible and detail-oriented. This position calls for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and learning through exciting and challenging hands-on experiences.
This position has potential for growth and is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our firm.
A comprehensive benefits package is available, which includes free employee medical coverage.
Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities:- Heavy phone contact with clients, providers, and insurance carriers.
- Drafting correspondence, and other pre-litigation-related documents.
- Updating and maintaining client database.
- Other related administrative tasks, as assigned.
- Experience in Personal Injury.
- Fluent in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking skills and work ethic.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Friendly disposition, with a sense of humor.
